Skyline 2
Hazy hills over pylons
and chimneys leaking
smoke that adds to the cloud
that curls around gulls
and occasional shafts of sunlight.
A half-stained building
of grey and yellow rises weakly
not far to meet an uninspired sky.

Hey sir, please keep updating – your stuff’s really good. About that challenge thing you mentioned, what does a haiku go like? I was told once but everyone i ask can’t remember.
three lines, five syllables then seven then five again.

Do they rhyme? If not, can they?
They don’t usually rhyme, I’ve never seen any examples where rhyme is used.
